These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dateiran.com and any related content, products and services provided by Date Iran (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Date Iran is a producer and exporter of Iranian dates based in Larestan, Fars, Iran. Contact: info@dateiran.com.
2. Use of the site
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your country to use the site for commercial purposes.
- You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it (e.g. attempts to circumvent security, scrape at scale, or interfere with availability).
- We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these Terms are breached.
3. Content & intellectual property
All content on the site — text, photographs, logos, branding, illustrations, code and layout — is owned by Date Iran or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site for non-commercial purposes. Any other use (reproduction, redistribution, scraping for AI training, framing) requires our written permission.
4. Quotations & orders
Product information, pricing and lead times shown on the site are indicative. A binding offer is created only when we issue a written proforma invoice or sales contract, and confirmed once you place an order or make a deposit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example where stock is unavailable, the destination is restricted, or payment cannot be verified).
5. Shipping & export
- Default trade terms are FOB Bandar Abbas. Other Incoterms 2020 are available on request.
- Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- We provide phytosanitary, health and origin certificates as standard; additional certifications (halal, organic, SGS) are available on request.
6. Quality & claims
Goods are inspected and photographed before sealing each container. Any claim regarding quality or quantity must be raised within 7 calendar days of arrival at destination port, accompanied by clear photographic evidence and, where applicable, an independent surveyor’s report. Natural variation in fruit colour and texture does not constitute a defect.
7. Payments
Payment terms are agreed per order. Unless otherwise stated, we require a deposit before production and balance against shipping documents. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding the site’s accuracy, availability or suitability for any purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the site or any order will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
10. Third-party services

11. Sanctions & export compliance
You confirm that your purchase and use of our products comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any destination that is restricted under Iranian law, the law of the destination country, or applicable international sanctions regimes.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, the competent courts of Shiraz, Fars Province, will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
