• Order & trade information — variety, volume, shipping preference, and documents needed for export (e.g. phytosanitary certificate addressees).

• Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, language settings, time zone, and approximate location derived from the IP.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, links clicked, and similar interaction events.

5. Cloudflare & site infrastructure

We use Cloudflare, Inc. as our CDN, DNS provider and security layer. When you visit dateiran.com, your request first passes through Cloudflare’s global network. To deliver the site and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare necessarily processes:

• Your IP address and the IP address of the server serving the response;
• HTTP request data (URL, headers, method, body where applicable);
• Geolocation inferred from the IP (country / region level);
• Threat-detection signals — request fingerprints, rate-limit counters, bot-management scores, captcha challenges and similar metadata used to block automated attacks.

Cloudflare may temporarily store these signals in log buffers for the purpose of operating its network, mitigating DDoS attacks and providing analytics. Cloudflare processes this data as our sub-processor under its data-processing terms. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Sharing & third parties

We share personal data only with:

• Service providers we rely on to run the business — Cloudflare (CDN / security), our email and hosting providers, shipping and freight forwarders, customs agents, and accounting partners.
• Authorities when required by law, court order or export regulations.
• Successors in the event of a corporate reorganisation, merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

7. International transfers

Because our business is export-oriented and we use international infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare’s global edge), personal data may be processed outside your home country. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent.

8. Retention

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting and export-documentation obligations — typically up to 10 years for trade records. Server and security logs are retained for up to 90 days.

We protect the site with TLS encryption end-to-end, a Cloudflare-based WAF, and access controls on internal systems. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
